September 9, 2022 - The official application for the building permit has been submitted. This brings the realization of the redevelopment of the the former city hall (‘Raadhuis aan de Drink’) in Tegelen closer and closer. The design was created in good collaboration with the various stakeholders.
The good recognisability of the original characteristics of the two building parts is retained in the final design. By adding extra wooden elements to the building, also a sustainable and warm atmosphere is being realised.
The healthcare function of the building remained unchanged and the individual studios are designed in a personal way, as well as the public accessible catering in the monumental town hall. A care partner is already involved in the entire development. For the catering industry we conduct exploratory talks with interested parties who want to operate the catering function(s).
